Abstract
Purpose of this research to know resolution of dispute between child as student, victim of hysical abuse who being done by teacher and to know a partly of victims who solving their case out of law rule. This research used normative law method which is focused on positive law abaut "Resolution of Physical Abuse Dispute For Child as Student". Method law normative consist of description, systematitation, analysis, interpretation to evalute positive law. The results of this research are just one case physical abuse being done by teacher to child as student, who being solved by law process base on the number act 23 at 2002 abaut protection for child and until court decision, whereas the other for cases are solved by discussion. The reason of victims solve their cases by discussion because psychis, humanity factor, and unwiwillingness from the victims to concern with court. So we hope that "Resolution of Physical Abuse Dispute For Child as Student" must been solved by legal process base on the number act 23 at 2002 abaut protection for child and society must understand and know that every kinds of abuse for child is a crime and represent of ordinary crime, so there is no reason for the victim to solved his case by discussion.
