Abstract

This thesis to the importance of identifies and labelisation products to secure the foods and drinks base on the health law. Made to answer the question (1) What is the importance identify and register the food for the society the one who consume the products? (2) What is the government'saction to watch the foods distribution ? The aim of their thesis, itself, is to know the importance of identify and labelisation foods and also to know what government have done to watch this distribution. This thesis use empiris method which used field research by speading questioners. It also uses books, magazine and articles to support the data form the field. As we know, in economic there are 3 part of action, they are distribution, production and consumption. There are so many distributors that thought about the benefit for themselves only. The government released a regulation that protects consumen form the bad influence of miss information on foods that they consume. Distributors will take any ways to make their product well known in society include take an illegal one, such as charge the main matterial to the cheaper one, less weight, not giving the expired date, not mentioning the indigrent ect. Indonesian ha a regulation to protect them. It is UU No.7 Th 1996 about food. As mentioned in the article 30. UU No.7 Th 1996 that every people who make or distribute packaging food in Ind's areas should put label at inside or on the food to give the right information on the food. Form those facts, we can make a conclusion, and they are : 1. Identify and labelisation (noted in label) have to make in every food to make sure that the food is save to consume. Label also is an important matter to give the right information on the food's indigrent and other matter. 2. as we can see that government also cares on people problem, such as health. It is shown by released a food's law (UTJ No. 7 T1=I 1996) that protect consumen also produsen.
