Abstract

Citizens usually do not realize that they pay a rule in some crimes in public. One of example of this can be seen in a rape case. Usually the victims of rape do not realize that sometimes they are the main factor out of some factors in which this crime can happen. A rape mostly happen because the suspected is seduced by the victim's physical appearance. The victims have a potencial as a factor of this crime. The way they dressed up with sexy wardrobe, their body language and the situation at that time bring this crime in do reality. And usually a rapery ends up with murder by the suspected to his victim. The research uses a normative method. This method observe some laws about the rule of victims in rape and murder. At the end of this graduating paper, the writer comes in to a conclusion that actually most of rape happens to both victim and the suspected who have known each other. The condition of paper is that in a rape people can not see the crime only from the aspect of the suspected but they have to see from the aspect that the victim herself also pays a rule in the victim.
