Abstract

This research is discussing how the effectiveness of the police force in law enforcement against violent criminals in the animal specially in Surakarta City. This research used the empirical law supported by primary data and secondary data. Secondary data is a data that is legal, doctrine, basic legal and legal opinion in literature, journals, papers, and scientific magazines are analyzed to find equations and differences. Respond is Polresta City of Surakarta and the Agricultural Dinas, food resistance, Surakarta City Fishery. The existence of section 302 of the Criminal Law Act in Surakarta City has not been well-run, in the practice of the police force still relied on reports of society and banged by the regulations of several aspects of the regulations of the animal in Surakarta City that have not arranged for violence against animals in Surakarta City.
