Abstract

"wage-setting policy today is still encountering many obstacles as a result has not been the realization of wage uniformity, both regionally / province or district / city and sector of the province or district / city and nationally. The results obtained in Prambanan Garden Resto, that the company has not given a salary to workers in accordance with the minimum wage. And on the provincial minimum wage provisions stipulated in the Decree of the Governor of Yogyakarta Special Province Minimum Wage No. of 2010. 217/KEP/2009. That is because a lack of understanding of the company regarding the minimum wage. To avoid unfamiliarity regarding employment law, should the Office of Manpower and Transmigration do counseling on employers and workers in the Prambanan Garden Resto, At least know little about employment law, especially concerning the issue of minimum wage.
