Abstract

The title of the writing of this law on Embezzlement Case Settlement Company-Owned Cars Car Rental In Sleman. The purpose of writing this Law is to investigate and obtain data about the steps and any obstacles encountered in the Sleman district police solve the case of embezzlement of cars in the area of Sleman. The method of this research in legal writing was normative legal research, i.e. a research of which was focused on positive legal norm by shape regulations and in this research it needed secondary data as main data. Regulation of embezzlement in Indonesia are organized and contained in Article 372 to Article 377 of the Criminal Code. Inside this Article regulates the forms of evasion and punishment or reward is given to criminal fraud. Later from the formulation of all problems in the writing of this law can be taken an answer to the problems that exist. The steps taken by the police Sleman is a preventive and repressive measures. But in his way a lot of problems that arise in running the task from both internal and external police station police station.
