Abstract

The purpose of the thesis entitled Implementation of Regional Regulation Number 12 of 2013 concerning the Regional Spatial Plan of Serdang Bedagai Regency 2013-2033 on the Development of the Palm Oil Processing Industrial Area (CPO) in Serdang Bedagai Regency is to find out whether the development of the palm oil processing industrial area has in accordance with Regional Regulation Number 12 of 2013 concerning the Regional Spatial Plan of Serdang Bedagai Regency for 2013-2033 as well as finding out what efforts are being made by the Regional Government of Serdang Bedagai Regency to enforce Regional Regulation Number 12 of 2013 concerning Serdang Regency Spatial Planning Bedagai Years 2013-2033. This type of research used in this thesis is empirical legal research. In this thesis also uses primary data which consists of direct interviews with resource persons who are experts in their fields consisting of the Head of the Land Office, the Ministry of Communication and Information, the Agriculture Service, the Head of the Central Statistics Agency, the Head of the One Stop Integrated Licensing Service Investment Service and industrial estate players and secondary data consisting of the results of a literature review or literature review relating to the problem or research material. This thesis uses data collection by interviewing sources as a literature study and the research location is in Serdang Bedagai Regency. This thesis also uses a descriptive analytical research method. The results of the study state that the development of the palm oil processing industrial area (CPO) is in accordance with Regional Regulation Number 12 of 2013 concerning the Regional Spatial Plan for Serdang Bedagai Regency 2013-2033 and the efforts made by the Regional Government to enforce Regional Regulations are this is assigned to the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP).
