Abstract

The problem formulations of this law writing/undergraduate thesis are as follows: has the Law Number 23 of 2002 about Children Protection fully embodied the law certainty for the role of physical violence children victims’ escort and what are the obstacles for the physical violence children victims’ escort in solving the problems for the physical violence children victims. This law writing/undergraduate thesis is aimed to know the law certainty for the role of physical violence children victims’ escort and the obstacles for the physical violence children victims’ escort in solving the problems for the physical violence children victims. This study is a normative law study which is focusing on norms (law in the book). This study requires secondary data (law material) as the main data. The application of Law number 23 of 2002 has moderately embodied the law certainty and protection towards the physical violence children victims. However, the law’s regulations of implementation and its implementation in the society have not reached the maximum level due to the limited quantities and qualities of human resources. Besides, the obstacles in the lack of supporting facilities and infrastructures to give protection to children become a problem for the escort to give a maximal law protection to the children.
