Abstract
Land registration is an important matter in which resolution is on the agenda for the Indonesian State. There is a Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program which helps makes it easier for people in Indonesia to register land parcels. This legal writing aims to determine the implementation of the PTSL Program in Sekadau Regency in accordance with the regulations set by the Government. Implementation of Land Registration through the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) program in accordance with the regulations set by the government will produce good results. Community understanding will also help to achieve the land registration targets set by the Government.
