Abstract

Land is one of the most important things in human life. Almost all aspects of human needs require land. Ownership rights to a land can be controlled by everyone in accordance with what is regulated in the legislation, one way to obtain ownership rights to land is through buying and selling, but to get legal certainty, the ownership rights to the land must be registered. The study’s title is Implementation Of Registration Of Transfer Of Property Rights To Land Due To Buying And Selling During The Covid-19 Pandemic In The City Of Tegal, Central Java Province. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the implementation of the registration of the transfer of ownership of land due to buying and selling during the city of Tegal, Central Java Province? This type of study is an empirical legal study. Prymary data were obtained directly from respondents and resources. Respondents in this study were 4 land sellers and 4 land buyers. Secondary data were obtained from litersture studies. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative methods. The conclusion of this study is that not everyone knows the conditions in the transfer of ownership rights to land
