Abstract

Crimes that often occur in the family environment are cases of child abuse. One of the absolute rights that every child must have is protection. The community must be sensitive in ensuring the implementation of child protection. Child protection is closely related to the five pillars, namely, parents, families, communities, governments, local governments and countries. In various cases of child abuse, it does not guarantee that all children get the same opportunities and development rights, one of which is with the case of fornication committed by the uncle to his own nephew. This action is one of the things that can harm the child, because it can interfere with his life and future. Settlement that can be done from cases of child abuse through child criminal justice. Children will feel more safe and comfortable in their environment if the perpetrator of fornication has received appropriate punishment with his actions. Law enforcement is carried out to strive for the establishment of real legal norms as legal guidance in people's lives.
