Abstract

This legal research aims to examine a legal issue related to the use, implementation and use of water empirically. With the background of the problem formulation, how is the implementation of water use as an effort to protect water quality by hotels in the city of Yogyakarta as well as constraints and solutions to the use of raw water for hotel entrepreneurs, namely water from the ground and water from regional water companies drinking water by hotels in the city of Yogyakarta. . In this case, the research conducted by the researcher aims to determine the implementation and use of water, both from ground water and water from regional drinking water companies. As an effort to maintain the quality of raw water used by hotels in the city of Yogyakarta, and to find out thoroughly by conducting interviews with related respondents, as well as residents around hotels in the city of Yogyakarta. and the most important thing is to provide benefits and knowledge for the government and also the people of Yogyakarta City. As well as providing input on the environment in the city of Yogyakarta, especially regarding raw water for the hotel business in the city of Yogyakarta. Do not forget that this writing is also intended so that later it is hoped that there will be no exploitation of raw water for hospitality businesses in the city of Yogyakarta which can be taken continuously without regard to other aspects.
