Abstract

OJK issued regulation in order to maintain financial stability during COVID-19 with OJK Regulation Number 17/POJK.03/2021 concerning National Economic Stimulus as Countercyclical Policy of The Impact of the COVID-19 Spread hereinafter referred to POJK Stimulus Dampak COVID-19. Implementation of this regulation cause problem related to transparency principle based on the case author’s found. The formulation of the problem is what is juridical factor regarding customer service regulation related to transparency principle by banks in the implementation of POJK Stimulus Dampak COVID-19? Author use normative legal research method in this study. Result of this study is that bank based on the case didn’t apply transparency principle as stipulated on legislations that regulate transparency principle on the implementation of credit restructuring based on POJK Stimulus Dampak COVID-19. The important thing is that POJK Stimulus Dampak COVID-19 doesn’t blot out the obligation of banks to implement transparency principle as stipulated in legislations.
