Abstract

Laundry in the Condongcatur Village area there are those who do not have SPPL, while looking at the provisions of the legislation SPPL is a letter that must be owned by the laundry. Based on this description, the author takes the title "Implementation of a Statement of Environmental Management Ability by a Laundry Business as an Effort to Prevent Environmental Pollution in the Condongcatur District, Sleman Regency", with the formulation of the problem How to implement a statement of environmental management ability by a laundry business as an effort to prevent pollution environment in the Condongcatur Village, Sleman Regency? and What are the obstacles to the implementation of a statement of ability to manage the environment by a laundry business as an effort to prevent environmental pollution in the Condongcatur Village, Sleman Regency. The author uses empirical legal research methods. The results of the author's research, namely the implementation of a statement of ability to manage the environment by a laundry business as an effort to prevent environmental pollution in the Condongcatur Village, Sleman Regency, is still not going well and the obstacles are First, there is still a lack of awareness of laundry business actors regarding environmental impacts and related environmental laws. environmental permits, SPPL and the like. Second, DLH Sleman Regency still lacks a lot of Human Resources (HR) so that it is difficult to disseminate information to all laundry business actors in Sleman Regency.
