Abstract

The thesis is entitled "The role of the Indonesian Child Protection Agency (LPAI) in The Restoration of Child Stigma in Conflict with The Law". The problem that occurs, in this case, is where there are many children who always get negative stigmas from the surrounding community, especially for Children in Conflict with the Law, even though this negative stigma will make children grow and develop worse. However, the role of the Indonesian Child Protection Agency (LPAI) should be assisted by the role of the society because the society is in the environment around children, therefore the role of the community is very influential in the implementation of child protection. The role of the society is also regulated in-laws and regulations to participate in the implementation of child protection in Indonesia. This thesis would explain the role of LPAI in recovering the stigma of children who are in conflict with the law so that children get their welfare.
