Abstract

This study aimed to investigate how the Old Age Protection is implementing at PT. Moeladi Ranch Magelang. how is the implementation of the old age security program at PT. Moeladi Ranch Magelang. The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of the Old Age Protection for PT. Moeladi Ranch’s workers. The importance of research is to keen several suggestions on the legal development in the fields of the Old Age Protection based on its implementation in PT. Moeladi Ranch Magelang, there would be suggestions for selecting effective strategies which are useful for the development of law in Indonesia regarding the Implementation of the Old Age Security Program at PT. Moeladi Ranch Magelang. The data were obtained from respondents through an in-depth, interviews, targeting the workers and the President Director of PT. Moeladi Ranch Magelang as the samples. The reality on the fields revealed that only ten (10) permanent workers have been registered and become participants in the Old Age Security Program, while thirty-five (35) contract workers are not registered in the Old Age Security Program. For PT. Moeladi Ranch Magelang should register contract workers in the BPJS Health and BPJS Employment Program. For contract workers PT. Moeladi Ranch Magelang they should have asked PT. Moeladi Ranch Magelang to become BPJS Employment participants because they have the same rights as permanent workers
