Abstract

This legal writing is the construction of narcotic abuses of prisoners in I Class of socialization institution about rehabilitation in Semarang. Those which become the educational problem of this writing was how the construction practice of narcotic misusing prisoners in socialization institution in Semarang and what barriers should be faced in construction of narcotic misusing prisoners in socialization institution. The purpose of this research was to know the construction of narcotic misusing prisoners in socialization institution and also to know the efforts which were conducted in socialization institution to conduct the construction. The method of research used was empirical legal research, i.e. a research which was conducted by directly supervising to the respondent on the construction of narcotic misusing prisoners, by the method of analysis was descriptive qualitative which means the data was processed and arranged systematically, initiated the conclusion from the statement or special fact in order could draw conclusion which has general characteristic, then it was drawn a conclusion which has specific characteristic. The result of this research revealed that there were no significant differences in construction of narcotic misusing prisoners with the other general criminal prisoners. It is better to be conducted the separation of construction between the narcotic misusing prisoner and the general criminal prisoners in order the construction could be conducted maximally
