Abstract
PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya has failed to pay so as the Insurer cannot fulfill its obligation to pay compensation to the Insured. This study contains an analysis of the settlement of insurance contracts through whole life insurance policies. The research method used is a type of juridical normative legal research that examines the legal liability of PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya which has failed to pay and the research findings are PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya's legal responsibility by restructuring the company through the Indonesia Financial Group ( IFG Life)and Indonesia Financial Group ( IFG Life) fulfill the legal responsibilities of PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya by Implementing a restructuring program, Migrating the police, Managing government funds
