Abstract

Prostitution is one of the social symptoms. It can be a law symptom if there is no well ordered implementation. Prostitution may cover more complex crimes, such as drugs circulation, fraud, and gambling. Those crimes also happen at Sosrowijayan are, Yogyakarta. With regard to the case of prostitutions in the Sosrowijayan area, the police have a duty and authority to control situation and put everything in order. The prostitution cases in Sosrowijayan involve the Sosrowijayan people. However, it is hoped that Sosrowijayan people take part in committing the prostitution cases in order. Besides, the government of Yogyakarta has also to take part in this mission. The actions of fighting against prostitutions or putting prostitution in order should be done in a well arranged-phases. It needs really understanding of the case. The actions should be done by approaching and understanding the prostitutes personally. Besides, it is not only the prostitutes who have to be given attentions; it covers also every person of every aspect that can lead the prostitution cases, especially in the Sosrowijayan area, Yogyakarta.
