Abstract

Implementation of the agreement for the production of agricultural land in Semandang Kiri and Legong, Simpang Hulu District, Ketapang Regency. How is the implementation of the agricultural land production sharing agreement between the owner and the cultivator in the village of Semandang Kiri and the village of Legong. The research method used is empirical research, namely data obtained by going into the field or data obtained directly from the community. The research was carried out in the village of Semandang Kiri and in the village of Legong, Simpang Hulu sub-district, Ketapang Regency. The profit-sharing agreement was carried out still using local customs that had been carried out for generations, in oral and/or unwritten form, without the presence of witnesses. In the implementation there is the presence of odi, namely mutual cooperation activities between communities which are carried out in turns between each other in these activities to relieve and help work on the land being planted. The distribution system in Semandang Kiri Village is 50: 50 and in Legong Village 75: 25 after deducting expenses.
