Abstract

The purpose of this thesis entitled Implementation of Regional Regulation Number 23 of 2012 concerning Spatial Planning for Kebumen Regency in 2011-2031 concerning Green Open Spaces in Gombong District is to find out how the implementation of the Kebumen Regency Spatial Planning for Green Open Spaces in Gombong District and to find out the efforts what has been done by the Regional Government of Kebumen Regency in enacting Regional Regulation Number 23 of 2012 concerning the Spatial Planning for the Kebumen Regency Area for 2011-2031. The type of research used in this thesis is empirical legal research. This thesis also uses primary data which consists of direct interviews with sources who are experts in their fields consisting of the Head of the Central Statistics Agency, the Head of the District Office and the Head of the Village Office. In addition, there is secondary data consisting of the results of literature studies or literature reviews related to research problems or materials. This thesis uses data collection by interviewing informants as a literature study and the research location is in Gombong District, Kebumen Regency. This thesis also uses a descriptive analytical research method. The results of the study stated that green open spaces in Gombong District were carried out in accordance with Regional Regulation Number 23 of 2012 concerning the 2011-2031 Kebumen Regency Regional Spatial Plan and the efforts made by the Regional Government to enforce this. The Perda was handed over to the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) of Gombong District.
