Abstract
Land Lease Rights is a legal act in the form of transferring land power by the land owner to another party (land tenant) within a certain period of time and a certain amount of money as rent which is determined on the basis of an agreement between the two parties in the implementation of the land lease carried out by the land owner and the tenant. The land is intended to build a coffee shop business. At this time there are still many implementations of land leases that are carried out verbally and there are still many shortcomings, namely due to the lack of legal guarantees for both parties if one day there is a problem in the implementation of the land lease
