Abstract
Implementation of Compensation for Land Used for Land Procurement of Yogyakarta-Solo Toll Road. Law Number 2 of 2012 concerning land acquisition for development for the public interest is a law that discusses how a land acquisition activity which will later be used for the public interest must be carried out, land acquisition activities for the public interest that were previously carried out often cause problems- problems that harm the community because they do not follow the laws that have been determined. Because of the community losses caused by the previous land acquisition which then led to a rejection of the land acquisition because the community was afraid that it would harm them. The purpose of this paper is to find out how the implementation of land acquisition for the Yogya-Solo toll road and how the form of compensation is given, especially in Ngawen District. This legal research is an empirical legal research, namely legal research where the author goes directly to the field to interview residents who are affected by the existence of land acquisition for the Yogyakarta-Solo toll road which is being carried out. The conclusion of this paper is that the implementation of land acquisition carried out by the government is mostly in accordance with applicable laws, it's just that the information and deliberation conducted in Manjungan Village is incomplete because the Manjungan village community is not given the opportunity to determine the form of compensation and the Village community Manjungan was not informed about what kind of compensation they could receive. In terms of compensation, most of the people already agree with the form and amount of compensation received, but there are some people in Manjungan Village who refuse the compensa
