Abstract
Land title deeds provide legal certainty for land owners. The Issuance of Freehold Title and recording of every legal action related to land by the Land Registry Office is necessary as a form of legal recognition from the State. Accordingly, the purpose of this research is to find out whether the land owner in re-measuring the land of ownership rights to make access roads has obtained legal certainty. The interest of this research is to provide an overview regarding legal certainty by creating a good land order regarding ownership of private land without road access. The result of this research is the issuance of Land ownership title as result of inheritance is needed as a guarantor of legal certainty over the land ownership to make access roads because they acquire land due to inheritance allocation
