Abstract

Child neglect by family or society will have a bad impact on children's growth and development both physically, mentally and socially. In this case, what is meant is children whoare in conflict with the law. will be placed in a place that has been provided by the state, namely the Special Child Development Institute. The Special Child Development Institute hereinafter referred to as LPKA In providing guidance to children who are in LPKA, of course, they are not left behind in providing children rights that they still have to obtain even though they are serving sentences in LPKA. One of the important rights of the child and must be properly fulfilled is the right to education. This research is to find out and analyze the implementation of the fulfillment of educational rights for children that is contrary to the law that has been carried out by the Special Child Development Institute (LPKA) Class I Kutoarjo. This research will use empirical research methods that focus on social facts. This research was conducted directly to the resource persons to obtain primary data supported by secondary data consisting of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials.
