Abstract

Procurement of goods and services is an activity to obtain goods services, which are currently being developed with a technological system. In realizing the principles of good governance in public services, the Indonesian government has established an electronic-based procurement system for goods/services or often referred to as e-procurement. E-procurement is the process of procuring goods/services that is carried out electronically using a website or the internet in its implementation. Electronic procurement is expected to provide transparency in government to prevent KKN, the government also seeks to implement the procurement of goods and services electronically to apply effective and efficient principles in carrying out procurement. Efficient and effective principles are very important in the implementation of goods/services because the implementation of procurement cannot be separated from the existence of state finances which must be used optimally so that the budget does not exceed the planning limit, therefore this procurement process must suppress state funds effectively and efficiently. Eprocurement is expected to provide maximum efforts in the procurement of goods/services so that the public can participate in the implementation of the procurement of goods/services. The government continues to strive to improve these electronic-based goods/services procurement activities so that they run efficiently and effectively so as to realize good governance.
