Abstract

Implementation is a means to carry out policies in the form of ideas contained thereina rule. So that when there is implementation regarding forest protection area, there must be a good policy in it. The problem in this research is how the implementation of Bangka Regency Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2013 concerning the 2010-2030 Bangka Regency Spatial Planning for Protected Forest Areas in Belinyu District, Bangka Regency. This research is an empirical legal research, data obtained through literature and case studies, as well as interviews to obtain data. The results of the research and conclusions are the Implementation of Regional Regulation No. 1 of 2013 concerning Spatial Plans for Bangka Regency, Year 2010-2030 for protected forest areas in the District Belinyu implementation has not been fully implemented properly. Thus growing systematics that do not run optimally towards the implementation of Regional Regulations. The suggestion is that there must be firm action in adjusting the implementation of Regional Regulations regarding regional spatial planning, as well as implementing existing implementations to help the community understand the rules related to the spatial pattern of protected forest areas.
