Abstract
This research entitled The Role of Children Protection Organization to the case of children of the violence of act casualties in the family. The kind of study is normative law research. The normative legal research is a research that focused on positive legal norm and done by means of studied the roles act that related with research problem. The legal material that was used was regulations, books, website and articles. The form of the protection that was given to the children of the violence of act casualties, they are (1) the protection from LPA, in part: the juridical, psychological and medical aspect, (2) the protection from protection regulations of the children, in part: gave rehabilitation efforts, the safety guarantee, and the accessibility of information. To carry out what available in regulations, the government better give means and the supportive infrastructure, carried out the socializations of protection regulations of the children to the community, more gave attention in the case of the violence against the children in the family. LPA gave help as maximally as possible to the children who was casualties and the perpetrators of the violence and made the counseling program in the family and society.
