Abstract
This legal writing by title The Implementation of Investigation towards the Members of Indonesia Police Force Who Conduct Criminal Action was conducted to answer the given legal problem i.e. how is the implementation of investigation towards the member of Indonesia Police Force who conduct criminal action and whether there any barriers to the investigatior in conducting investigation towards the legal writing was juridicial normative legal research. The data source used was secondary data as primary as data comprising of primary legal source and secondary legal source. The method of data collection used was literary study towards the regulations relating to primary legal research and secondary legal source and also collected the books and interview towards the source person relating the research or legal writing. Based on result of this research and cumulative analysis of which was conducted by the outhor concerning on the investigation towards the Members of Indonesia Police Force who conduct criminal action, the outhor concluded that the investigation towards the Members of Indonesia Police Force who conduct criminal action, the implementation is not different to the implementation of investigation on general society, however there is particularity in the implementation of investigation towards the Members of Indonesia Police Force who conduct criminal action, i.e. followed by the disciplinary regulation and Police ethical code. In the implementation of investigation, there are also barriers, i.e. the lack of verification material and witness, and it needs longer time
