Abstract

The writer felt challenged and eager to conduct a research by having a focal point with a title “The Government’s Responsibilities towards Working Children’s Rights for Health”.The purposes of this research are: 1) To know identify the obligations of the government towards the rights upon health for working children. 2) To know recognize the obstacles that the government faced in order to fulfill their duties towards the rights upon health for working children. The method used in this research is normative law, in which the research focused on positive law norms in form of legal terms that was related to the obligations of the government towards the rights upon health for working children. The secondary data of this research is the law material. This research used deductive law in reasoning the issue, which began from general propositions that the validity had been known (believed/axiomatic) and conclude a new and specific knowledge. From the result of the research it was known that the stipulation which had been realized by DisNaKerSos and KB was that they had supervised the implementation of children’s protection.They were the inadequate supervision and socialization from DisNaKerSos and KB and also other government institution in guaranteeing working children’s rights upon health and the not as much of firm action by DisNaKerSos and KB while they were in the field.
