Abstract

The thesis entitled "Implementation of Village Treasury Land Leases for Educational Activities Based on the Regulation of the Governor of DIY Number 34 of 2017 Concerning Utilization of Village Land in the Condongcatur Village" with the research objective expected by the author is to provide knowledge and analyze regarding the implementation of village treasury land leases for educational activities in the Condongcatur Subdistrict, Depok, Sleman, Yogyakarta in accordance with DIY Governor Regulation Number 34 of 2017 concerning Utilization of Village Land. This research is empirical research, data collection used is literature study and interviews as well as qualitative analysis. The results of the study stated that the implementation of renting village treasury land for educational activities based on governor regulation no. 34 of 2017 concerning the use of village land is mostly in accordance with governor regulation no. 34 of 2017 concerning utilization of village land, however, in practice it was found that there were several articles that were not in accordance with Governor Regulation Number 34 of 2017 concerning village land use.
