Abstract

The increasing number of populations causes the emergence of various interests in land in society. The absence of proof of legal ownership of land owned by someone is a loophole for land conflicts to arise in the community. As a tourist area, it is important to carry out a Land Registration of the land parcels under their control. One of the programs to help people register their land is the Complete Systematic Land Registration program. This program exists so that it can obtain proof of legal ownership of the land under its control, namely land certificates. PTSL activities have been carried out in the Sarira Village 2 times, namely in 2020 and 2022. The purpose of this research is to examine whether the implementation of the PTSL program has been running in accordance with Ministerial Regulation Number 6 of 2018 concerning Complete Systematic Land Registration. Based on the research, the authors can draw conclusions that the implementation of the PTSL program is in accordance with Ministerial Regulation Number 6 of 2018 concerning Complete Systematic Land Registration. The advice that the author gives is for the government to be active in always providing information to the public so that PTSL activities can run well
