Abstract

Land is a gift from God Almighty to mankind on earth. Land has an important role in the life of a nation and state, especially in the Indonesian society where the population is increasingly dense. Land is divided into 2 parts, namely agricultural land and non-agricultural land. Non-agricultural land can be converted to function according to human needs, one of which can be converted into residential houses. This thesis discusses non-agricultural land can be changed its function according to human needs, one of which can be converted into a house. This thesis discusses the transfer of ownership of agricultural land for residential purposes in Klaten Regency. The type of research used in this thesis is empirical research based on social facts which is done through direct observation and interviews. The purpose of this study was to find out the guidelines used in transferring ownership of residential agricultural land in Klaten Regency are Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning Head of the National Land Agency Number 13 of 2021 concerning Implementation of Conformity of Spatial Utilization Activities and Synchronization of Land Spatial Utilization Programs and the Klaten Regency Regional Number 10 of 2021 concerning the Spatial Planning for the Klaten Regency Region for 2021-2041.
