Abstract

The child is a gift that should be protected by the country, people, family, and all parties. It’s important to do that since children are the successors of life and civilization. Which is why children need to multiplied with various abilities and sciences. Unfortunately because the child is in a variety of situations, turns out it’s often unsafe from various crime threats. The reseach uses normative reseach methods. Child predators come from external and internal environments, it’s not even rare for child predators to be played by the person closest to the child it self. The irony because despite the legal sanctions threatened by the weighty law of child offenders, but the effect of the lesson have not receded. It’s not wrong for goverments and parliaments to finally impose criminal threats of chemical castration on pedhopiles as additional criminals. Tragically commiting the criminal castration of the chemical causing pros and cons by Indonesia doctor’s bond.
