Abstract
Corruption is an act that is against the law to enrich themselves or others, corruption does not only steal money, but also gradually penetrated into the mental, moral, values and ways of thinking. Attorney is a state institution that has the authority one of whom the investigation, other than that the prosecutor is a state institution the right to determine a case can be delegated to the court or not. KPK is a new institution with the aim to enhance effectiveness in fighting corruption is where the authority of the Commission together with the prosecutor. The purpose of this research to find the data to obtain data and determine how far the coordination between the judiciary with the commission investigating corruption in Corruption megetahui obtain the data and the constraints faced by prosecutors in a corruption investigation.This kind of research using normative law by examining the form of library materials of primary and secondary data. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the coordination between the judiciary and the Commission in particular in the investigation of corruption only as a notification by the prosecutor to the Commission. So that a cause of rivalry between the judiciary with the Commission which resulted in corruption especially hampered the investigation field. Cooperation between prosecutors and the Commission, especially in the field of investigation needs to be improved, so that the eradication of corruption in Indonesia can be accomplished effectively. Let every investigation prosecutors notify the Commission as well as cooperation in the handling of corruption cases being handled by prosecutors.
