Abstract
The title of this research is Supervision of the Environmental Service on Liquid Waste Management of PT Guci Mas Plasindo Factory in Pangkah District, Tegal Regency. The background of this legal writing is the development of a reliable industrial sector and waste management in Tegal Regency. One of them is the mineral water and plastic packaging industry. The problem studied in this legal writing is how the implementation of the supervision of the environmental service of Tegal regency on the management of liquid waste carried out by PT Guci Mas Plasindo and the obstacles faced by the environmental service of Tegal regency in conducting supervision? The conclusion of this research is that the supervision carried out by the Tegal district environmental service has been carried out well but the supervision carried out has not been fully carried out as in the regulations.
