Abstract

The title of this law research is “The Implementary of Goverment Regulation Number 32 of 2004 function and jurisdiction institution of Pol PP to control prostitution in DIY” This research using normative method research which needs primary law substance that is an Indonesia positive law and secondary law substance which is contains of law quotation, book, thesis, article, and website and interview results. The data collection was done by research and interview to the source to get the information about problem being discussed. The result of this research are the effort that connducted by the Pol PP in the Yogyakarta province along with obstacles and confronted; From the research that has been conducted, it was seen that the efforts that conducted in order to restrain or orderly manage the prostitution were through several patrols or close surveilence on the suspected area that within the prostitutes were seen and the police as investigator would commence checking and make brief reports as then would come upon hearing in the court.
