Abstract

The aims of this study are: (1) to determine the form of execution sanctioned by the Yayasan Slamet Rijadi to disclaim lecturers getting out of the responsibility after continuing post graduate, (2) to identify any factors that will be barries of the Yayasan Slamet Rijadi in the implementation of these penalties.The research is done based on the field research to get primary data and literature research to get secondary data, and used interview and literature study as data collecting technique. All data analyzed by employing qualitative method.The results of this study are: (1) Yayasan Slamet Rijadi gives the sanction to the lecturers getting out of the responsibility after continuing further study dishonorably by asking them to give two-fold of the cost back to Yayasan Slamet Rijadi. (2) factors inhibiting the Yayasan in the implemantation of sanctions become less effective because of lack of commitment related to the further study agreement which has been signed. Besides the residence of the lecturers also becomes an obstacle in the implementation of sanctions because they are in aboard and Yayasan can only communicate by using email
