Abstract

The Clean Bantul Movement 2025 is one of the strategic programs of the Bantul Regency Government in an effort to prevent environmental pollution due to waste. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Clean Bantul Movement and identify the obstacles faced. The research uses a qualitative descriptive method by collecting data through interviews, observation and document study. The research results show that the implementation of the Clean Bantul Movement was carried out through various programs such as providing waste containers, transporting and sorting waste, building TPAs, outreach, and implementing sanctions. These programs are quite effective in reducing waste and preventing pollution in Bantul. Obstacles found include low public awareness, limited infrastructure, human resources and cross-sectoral coordination. It was concluded that the Clean Bantul Movement has been going well, but cooperation from all parties is still needed to overcome various obstacles in its implementation so that Bantul becomes clean from waste pollution.
