Abstract

The Legal Aid Post is an innovation that provides access to legal aid services for poor people at the Yogyakarta State Administrative Court. This study aims to determine the existence and role of the Legal Aid Post in providing legal aid services to poor people. The research method used is the juridical method. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews with the manager of the Legal Aid Post. The results showed that the existence of the Legal Aid Post is very important in ensuring access to justice for poor people at the Yogyakarta State Administrative Court. The Legal Aid Post provides affordable and quality legal services, facilitates the legal process, and empowers the community in understanding their legal rights. This research contributes to the understanding of the importance of Legal Aid Posts in the context of providing legal services for the poor at the Yogyakarta Administrative Court.
