Abstract
the covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on various local communities in indonesia. the yogyakarta wise women community is no exception, which aims to help women deal with problems in the family, work, and society. the covid-19 pandemic has hampered this community to carry out women's empowerment to women who are members of the community. the presence of the covid-19 pandemic has made meetings less effective because they are conducted online. there are some members who are technology illiterate so that the empowerment program becomes less effective. this research method uses the participatory action research (par) method. the data collection technique in this social analysis uses in-depth interview techniques with several administrators and members of the wise woman community. the data analysis technique in this study uses participatory action research analysis techniques. researchers try to explain the various efforts made by the wise woman community in jogja to carry out innovations and educational programs so that information technology can encourage women's empowerment programs.
