Abstract

This thesis is entitled “Application of Good Environmental Governance Principles to the Provision of Public Green Space in the City of Yogyakarta”. Based on the results of research on the application of the principles of good environmental governance in the provision of public green open space in Yogyakarta City, it can be concluded that the application is in accordance with the mandate in Law No. 26 of 2007 and Mayor Regulation of Yogyakarta City No. 17 of 2021, but there are various obstacles and challenges, namely lack of public awareness, limited budget, inter-agency coordination and spatial changes so that these principles have not been able to run optimally and well.
