Abstract

Gambling a crime committed by children is a social phenomenon as a result of the social ills that exist around the neighborhood he/she lives, the child should grow up and get a good education at the age rather than become mired in gambling let alone convicted. Child is the successor generation of people so that the seeds of the nation needed a quality that can forward the ideals of the nation and safeguard the welfare of children must be put forward for the best interests of the child at a young age. Efforts of family, mediation and coaching is a way to keep the child from the trauma of the criminal process that makes the child can be labeled as a criminal offender. That requires a huge role the parties concerned, namely the family, community, police, child protection agencies, governments and parties concerned in it.
