Abstract

The title of this thesis is Review of The Implementation of Criminal Sanctions Against Child Actors As Crime. Criminal Justice Child welfare children, so the children were tried separately. All activities undertaken in Juvenile Justice, should be conducted by Investigator Children, Children prosecutor, Judge Child, or Children Social Institutions Officer, based on the principles for the welfare of the child. Judge dropped criminal or action is intended to provide the most good for the child, without sacrificing the interests of the public and law enforcement authority. The purpose of this legal study was to determine whether the imposition of imprisonment sanctions given to the children are right. Method of data analysis used to process and analyze the data that has been obtained during the study is an analysis of the qualitative analysis is done by arranging the data that has been collected systematically, in order to get an idea of what is being investigated. While the methodology which is used in the conclusion is the conclusion of a deductive method that is common knowledge, then used to assess an event that is special. Criminal system for child offenders have not been as expected due to Prison conditions were not friendly to children. In addition to this, the infrastructure of existing Child Penitentiary inadequate, the number of students not in accordance with the Children prison capacity, lack of teachers who volunteered to provide education in prison, and the problem of lack of funding or budget. Detention of children is not a main road in order to improve the morals of children. Criminal deprivation of liberty of the children only provide profound effects of trauma in children
