Abstract

Legal writing entitle The Crime Prevention Psychological And Physical Violence In The Home By Husband Against Wife by law Number 23 of 2004 on the elimination of domestic violence. This legal writing and discusses how to overcoming any obstacles that occur in the handling of criminal acts of physical and psychological violence in the home by the husband against wife.Type of applied research is normative legal research that focuses on the norms of positive law and the stdy requires secondary data as the main data, while the primary data as a supporter.In this study the data were analyzed using qualitative methods of analysis done by understanding and arranging or reviewing data collected systematically. Researchers to systematize horizontally between law elimination of domestic violence by law marriage. In this study the researchers conclude deductively that originated from the actual proposition known and ends at the conclusion of a special nature.Conclusion that crime prevention psychological and physical violence in the home by the husband and wife can be addressed by law number 23 of 2004. However, as for the obstacles faced by both the investigation and internal factors and external factors.
