Abstract
Development of advanced technologies that bring a variety of benefits and problems in society.One consequence is the discovery of new media of the Telecommunications world,that gave birth the Handphone.In the virtual world people are free to do anything without being noticed by others.Some people use it, to commit a crime specially crimes of fraud using short message sevice , which can be classified in crime called Cybercrime.This study was made with normative way to answer the various problems that are written by the author.Has many online businesses make arrangements to prevent cybercrime both national and international law.Indonesia applies in Law No.11 of 2008 on Information and Electronic Transactions Law No.8 of1999 on Consumer Protection,and the Criminal Code called KUHP. Applications of Act 11 of 2008,Act 9 of 1999,and Criminal code are still considered by many weaknesses and shortcomings in regulating Cyber crimes and pose many new problems in the crime was no effort approach Cybercrime.Culture,technology and education approach to cover the weaknesses of the national criminal law,to realize the real form of protection Legal for people to be safe and prosperous communities.
