Abstract

The purpose of this law thesis is to know and analize : (1) Teller at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Cik Di Tiro Yogyakarta is to be consider as core business or non core business, and (2) how law protection tha are given to the outsourcing employee that are placed at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Cik Di Tiro Yogyakarta. Methodology there are used in this law thesis is : (1) Interview with respondent, (2) Study base on the library. The respondent in this law thesis are Teller who placed at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Cik Di Tiro Yogyakarta, The Director at PT. Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera (PT. PKSS) as the supplier of outsourcing employee and The Operationan Manager of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Cik Di Tiro Yogyakarta. The analize method that are use to analize in qualitative way. From this Law Thesis there is two conclusion. That are (1) Teller at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Cik Di Tiro Yogyakarta is not to be consider as core business because most of teller function can be replaced by ATM (Automatic Teller Machine) or other delivery channel. (2) Law Protection for the outsourcing employee especially teller who is working at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Cik Di Tiro Yogyakarta is a appropriate base on LaW Number 13 of 2003 about Labor and there is also not appropriate with Law Numbefj3 of 2003 about Labor.
