Abstract

This research is aimed to know The Form of Stakeholders' Doctrine and Local Wisdom Doctrine in the PT Act Number 40 Year of 2007. Normative Research Method is being used in this research based on secondary data as a primary source, within analyzing the data by the qualitative rapprochement method. This research also applying a deductive method as method in reasoning step. This method uses law primary data which is the regulation of constitution positive law, which consist of The WD of1945 Article 33, The Formation of Constitution is regulation Act Number 10 Year of2004, and The PT Act Number 40 Year of 2007. The secondary law data is law reasons which books, articles, journals, and papers. Rhe tersier law data are Indonesian dictionary and English dictionary. Hence, the conclusion is those doctrines has already formed in articles of PT Act Number 40 Year of 2007, explicitly and implicitly. The articles contain several values, such as togetherness, justice, continously, environmentaly knowledge, familiarity, morality, advisability, appropriateness, independent, and balanceness.
