Abstract
Thesis entitled : A study about the weight of evidence of land certificate according to Article 32 paragraph (2) Government Regulation No. 24 of 1997 in order to create legal certainty and justice with problem formulation is how the weight of evidence of land certificate according to Article 32 paragraph (2) Government Regulation No. 24 of 1997 to create legal certainty and justice. This research’s objectives are to know the weight of evidence of land certificate according to Article 32 paragraph (2) Government Regulation No. 24 of 1997 in order to create legal certainty and justice. The method of this research is juridical normative by using statute, historical and political approach. The law material used are primary law material, secondary law material and tertiary law material. The result of this research conclude that the weight of evidence of land certificate according to Article 32 paragraph (2) Government Regulation No. 24 of 1997has generating legal certainty. However, the provisions of Article 32 paragraph (2) Government Regulation No. 24 of 1997 is not always applied to solve concrete problems. Beside that, the weight of evidence of land certificate according to Article 32 paragraph (2) Government Regulation No. 24 of 1997 is a violation of justice to the original owner of land titles. Original owner of land titles will lose the rights of land that has been certificated by someone else.
