Abstract

Student brawls is an event where a fight broke out between groups of students with other student groups. Frequent student brawls due to several factors, namely family factors, school factors, neighborhood factors, etc.. Student brawls can cause material damage such as damage to surrounding buildings, as well as formal school bad name. In addressing this issue, which acts as the national police law enforcement action such as arrests and coaching. The method used is the author of normative law, where research is itself a normative legal research conducted or focusing on the positive legal norms in the form of legislation.Data collection technicque conducted by collectingprimary and secondary data through interviews and observation. Secondary data obtained from official documents, activities and report and applicable regulations. The results showed that not all children who can be imprisoned student brawls, because there are some considerations made by the national police and the school. Student brawls offender may be liable if it causes losses to other parties such as removing someone's life.
